Order Confirmation – Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text, along with payment details and next steps.

Puppy Preparation – We begin preparing your puppy for their journey home, ensuring they are properly groomed, fed, and checked by a vet before travel.

Final Health Check & Vaccination Review – Our vet conducts a final health check to confirm your puppy is in perfect condition. You will receive vaccination records and any necessary paperwork.

Travel Updates & Tracking – If your puppy is being delivered, we will provide regular updates, including estimated arrival time and tracking details.

Welcome Home! – Once your puppy arrives, we’re here to support you with care tips, feeding schedules, and anything else you need for a smooth transition.

Yes! As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll receive a detailed invoice via email or text. It will include your purchase details, payment confirmation, and any important information about your puppy.

When your Golden Retriever puppy arrives:
✔ Take them home immediately and introduce them to their new space.
✔ Provide fresh water and a light meal.
✔ Schedule a vet check within the first 48 hours to confirm their health.
✔ Begin house training and socialization gradually.

Yes! We provide a comprehensive health guarantee covering genetic conditions and overall puppy health. Our puppies are raised with the highest care to ensure they are happy, healthy, and well-socialized before joining their new families.

We strongly encourage responsible pet ownership, but if you ever find yourself unable to care for your Golden Retriever, we ask that you contact us first. We will help you find a suitable solution, including re-homing assistance if necessary.
